Principal's Message

Hello Jag Families!

It is going to be hot this week!

As you are likely aware we are headed into a severe heat wave starting tomorrow, with particularly high temperatures expected for Tuesday and Wednesday.  As of right now, we have plans in place to ensure that students have ample opportunities for cooling and hydration during break, lunch, and our Physical Education classes, but are not planning major changes. Should the temperatures or the heat index risk map show change or show increased risks we will adjust as needed to keep students and staff safe and follow state laws and guidelines.  We will continue to monitor conditions throughout the days and week, as well as keep an eye on students and staff to provide additional support as needed. If you have particular or specific concerns about your child in the heat, please reach out to us to discuss.

Family Pulse Check

Our School Site Council has set goals to enhance our school community, and we need your feedback on one key question:

"I would recommend my school to parents seeking a school for their child."

This quick survey is a vital pulse check on how Windsor Middle School is doing in fostering strong family, community, and school relationships. Thank you for your continued support of Windsor Middle School!
