Athletics Update:
-Girls Volleyball (7th/8th grade): 7th & 8th grade volleyball last week! Come cheer them on!!
-Boys Basketball: 7th & 8th grade boys basketball have one more week. Go Jags!!
Wrestling season is coming up quickly and will begin on January 16th, Get your athletic clearance in!
All Athletes must be cleared before attending any sport practices/games of their season of sport.

Call for Baby Picture Submissions:
Parents of 8th grade students our yearbook staff is busy plugging away at our 2024-2025 WMS Yearbook and we need your help! We are looking for baby pictures to feature in our time honored tradition of the 8th grade baby picture spread.

8th Grade Recognition Ads
This year we are also continuing the tradition of honoring our 8th graders with recognition ads. Create an ad for your child or their group of friends and include full color pictures and a sweet (or salty) note. Pricing varies and will go up in October.

From Your WMS Boosters Club:
Boosters is kicking off the year strong with lots planned for the months ahead. Last month WMS Boosters provided WMS staff members with gift cards to enjoy a treat from the culinary café and celebrate the holidays. We have more student and teacher engagement events throughout the second half of the school year!
🎳 WMS Bowling Weekend @ Windsor Bowling Alley: January 10-12. Mention WMS Boosters and the Bowling Alley will donate to our school. All Weekend!
💘 7th and 8th Grade Valentines Dance: Friday, Feb 14, 2025, 7pm-9pm at WMS —Boosters will be hosting the 7th/8th Grade Dance this year! It will be a special dance, and tickets will include entry, dancing, food, a hoodie raffle, photo booths. Plus, 7th and 8th Grade Kindness Courts will be announced during the dance. We are looking for parents to help with set up and clean up. If interested, please join the next Boosters meeting to learn more!
🛒 Olivers Community Card: Please sign up for the Olivers Community “eScript” card and select WMS Boosters as your beneficiary. Then, provide your card at checkout and 3% of your purchase will go back to the school, at no cost to you! You can sign up here.
⏭️ Upcoming: Boosters will be planning a Spring pickleball tournament, staff appreciation week, 8th grade Teddy Awards, and 8th grade BBQ raffle baskets. Lots more to come this school year!
